When you write, please tell us the name and email address you used in the plugin so that we can find your request. For your security, do not send passport numbers, payment card details or passwords by email.

What the plugin can do

Search WeTrip's multi-day China tours by city, theme, trip length, budget and keywords.
Show day-by-day itineraries and highlights for a tour, with a link to the tour page on WeTrip's website.
List the cities and themes WeTrip covers, so that your destinations can be matched to WeTrip's tours.
Send a tailor-made quote request to WeTrip's China travel consultants, after you confirm in the conversation. A consultant then replies to you by email, and by WhatsApp if you chose that.

What the plugin cannot do

Book a trip, take a payment, or confirm a reservation. Bookings are arranged with WeTrip separately, on its website or with a consultant.
Look up, change, reschedule, cancel or refund an existing booking. Please email us for that.
Show live availability, departure dates or remaining places.
Arrange flights, train tickets or visas.

How to get help

Questions about a tour or a quote request: email us and mention the tour name or the cities you asked about.
A problem with the plugin: email us and describe what you asked and what happened.
An existing booking: email us with your booking details. The plugin cannot see bookings.

Delete or correct your data

To have the personal information you submitted through the plugin deleted or corrected, or to ask us to stop contacting you, email contact@wetrip.global from the address you used, and say what you would like us to do. We may need to check that the request comes from you. We will delete the request from WeTrip's customer records unless we are legally required to keep it.
