These terms apply when you use the WeTrip plugin for ChatGPT. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
About these terms
The plugin is provided by WeTrip, a brand operated by Webuy Global Ltd and its subsidiaries ("WeTrip", "we", "us"). By using the plugin you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the plugin. The plugin is not directed at children under 13.
What the plugin does
The plugin helps you discover WeTrip's multi-day China tours and ask for a tailor-made quote. It can search tours, show itineraries and highlights, list the cities and themes WeTrip covers, and, after you confirm in the conversation, send a quote request to WeTrip's China travel consultants.
The plugin does not book trips, does not charge your payment card or take any payment, and does not confirm reservations. A booking, if you decide to make one, is arranged separately with WeTrip, on WeTrip's website or with a consultant, and is subject to the terms that apply to that booking.
Starting prices
Tour prices shown through the plugin are starting prices per person, in USD. They are indicative only. They come from WeTrip's tour listings, may change, and may differ from the proposal a consultant prepares for you, because the final amount depends on your travel dates, group size, hotel class and other choices. A price becomes firm only when a WeTrip consultant confirms it with you.
Accuracy and availability
Tour details come from the same tour data that powers WeTrip's website. We work to keep them accurate, but itineraries, hotels, inclusions, departure dates and availability can change, and the plugin does not show live availability. Please check the details with a consultant before you make any decision or commitment.
Quote requests
A quote request asks WeTrip's consultants to prepare a tailor-made proposal. Sending one does not create a booking, reserve anything, or oblige you or WeTrip to go ahead. Consultants will contact you by email, and by WhatsApp if you chose that. The information you give must be accurate, and the contact details must be yours or ones you have permission to share. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Please use the plugin only for lawful, personal trip planning. You agree not to:
- submit false information or other people's contact details without their permission;
- put passport numbers, payment card or bank details, health information or passwords into your notes or requests;
- send repeated, automated or bulk requests, or try to overload, probe or disrupt the plugin or our systems;
- use the plugin to collect data about WeTrip's tours or systems in bulk.
We may limit or refuse requests that look duplicated or abusive.
Third-party platforms
You use the plugin inside ChatGPT, which is operated by OpenAI. Your use of ChatGPT is governed by OpenAI's own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for ChatGPT or for how it presents or summarises information from the plugin.
No warranty and limits of liability
The plugin is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, without errors or suitable for your particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the plugin or from relying on information it shows. Nothing in these terms limits any liability, or any consumer right, that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [to be confirmed by Catherine].
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the bottom of this page shows when they were last updated. If you keep using the plugin after a change, you accept the updated terms.
